A taste of things to come?
Power shortages due to lack of generating capacity brought about by the closure of old plant and the limitation of generating hours by the Large Capacity Generating Plant Directive have long been forcast for the early to middle of the next decade. Could these forcasts have been made on overoptimistic assumptions?
